Baloneys started as a passion project. A love letter to the corner delis of New York and the back-alley salumerias of Bologna.
I've spent my cooking career working with these flavours, and have always been drawn to American deli culture. This place Baloney’s Deli is the result of all of that coming together — a sandwich shop built on obsession.
Bread baked daily. Meats sliced fresh. Lots of pickles and mustard. Frames on the walls. Pop in for a proper sandwich, wash it down with a $2 espresso at the counter. Grab some pasta, a bottle of vino for later.
